There are two dedicated MIST meetings each year. Autumn MIST is a one-day meeting held at the Royal Astronomical Society (Burlington House) on the last Friday of every November. Spring MIST is typically held over 3 days, usually at a university with a MIST group. In 2002, Spring MIST was held alongside the UKSP's spring meeting for the first time, and since 2007 MIST has held their spring meeting at the National Astronomy Meeting.
